Birdy’s Libra Collection, on INFPs, Van Gogh, and the fear of being duped by "love"

Regarding the Virgo collection, I would like to add that one of the songs is reminiscent of Vincent (Starry Starry Night), by Don McLean, which goes without saying that’s my “blood type “ song of my favorite painter.

Birdy`s Virgo playlist fits perfectly for INFPs and dreamers like that…such as the likes of Van Gogh who is believed to be an INFP. They are usually denoted as "healers" which to me is the wrong denominator  - to me, they are the "dreamers", "idealists" who want to change the world or help people, animals, etc. As children they are usually those who go about rescuing wounded birds, giving water to stray cats, etc. That is usually the cliche which probably can be stretched to other types as well. Altruism and humanness are innate, that just depends on the level of sensitivity to the needs of the other. Whoever that other is.

 Definitely, these people are those who want to help others, and their eagerness to be of service can be often misunderstood for manipulation or an attempt at taking control over the other. How wrong and how sad that people react to an attempt to help as servility, weakness, or manipulativeness. There are people who are doing things just out of selfishness, calculation, no doubt.  We have all been hurt by the likes of that. However, if you do not move on past suspiciousness it means that you are so hurt that you lost the ability to recognize altruism or love. There are so many hurt people out there hiding away from love because they were hurt by monsters wrapped up in falsity, cruelty, and lies posing as “true love”. I can understand that. But, take courage, there is hope yet.

Read Van Gogh’s biography, who was the man who wanted to save the wretched and the outcast but ended up hurting himself. Such is life. But the nobleness of his intentions will always remain.

Her latest Libra songs playlist is also good and I expect she will add more songs to it. By the way, Libra people are one of my favorite because they are like air. That’s cool! Airy people. Ozone. What do I mean by that? Don’t know yet.

Her music and her voice are soothing almost to the point of healing. She’s helping me go through this hard whatever it is called; time?
