Dr. Ramani on Joy : JOY CAN BE PRACTICED

 Is it possible that after we all have been through in life in general to have that joy that is saying I am peaceful and quiet; feeling safe that in the knowledge that even though I feel not enough I know that I did everything I could and gave my best to forgive and move on.

I think that is possible.

Here is Dr. Ramani`s stance on joy and what it is not. I relate to this as a general advice, too.

One takeaway is that joy can be practiced. So true!
