A soundtrack for an imaginary movie

 Music is an invisible mate.

Music for the beginning of a relationship. They meet; the butterflies, etc. Lies lies, lies. The butterflies are really a warning sign.

The middle of a relationship. Blue overtones with a bit of a joyous melancholy tinge. The dangling question "Will it last?". We all know the answer to that question.

And then she tries to explain herself to him.

Turns out he just wanted to have some fun.

But she is all Berry White vibes because that is the product of her imagination. This song was on Windows 95 version as a Windows media player sample, or whatever it is called.

She wants a little more. But it is mostly bad times he is giving her.

They both forget we are products of our childhood fairy tales and myths of eternal love. Maybe it was possible then but this is how it is now for many.

She then listens to some sad songs, trying to convince herself to let it go.

Turns out it will take a long time to detox from childhood myths and lies. Those myths need to break down completely and get smashed to pieces so that a new road may be built or a new better concrete wall. What it will be?

"Even friendships fall apart", she is thinking to herself. You are not supposed to walk on eggshells. Love should be free of charge.

So she starts pre-grieving the end of the story. Nonetheless, it ends, but on a hopeful note, because she learns to go on. Love is a sport. She concludes. Wrongly but there is yet another fall before she finally learns it's about learning how to fall without breaking her spine.

She stubbornly hangs on...

But before totally being swallowed by her self-loathing, she really lets him go, while standing on the bridge and watching the sun set into a big river.

And the sunset fades out into the final credits. We are left wondering if she will move on or end it right there. But we well know she can swim.
